Job Highlights
We seek applications from an enthusiastic and responsible solicitor to fill the new position of Legal Manager to support our business growth. This position shall report to and assist Head of Legal & Compliance whose office provides legal advice and drafting in relation to all aspects of FundPark business and operations. 

About the job 

• Prepare, review and negotiate legal documents and agreements
• Conduct research on legal, regulatory and licensing issues and requirements
• Co-ordinate with external lawyers on commercial and litigation matters
• Develop and advise on corporate policies, practices and procedures
• Maintain contract register and documents record
• Provide staff training on the legal and regulatory requirements and development that affecting our business and operation

About the person

• Solicitor qualified in Hong Kong or common law jurisdictions
• More than 2 years’ post qualification experience in law firms or at in-house legal position, preferably in the area of corporate and commercial law and dispute resolutions
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) 
• Computer literate with good skills in MS Office
• Strong analytical and drafting skills with the ability to provide accurate, practical and timely advice 
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Positive, diligent, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working individually and as part of a team
