Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist the team to perform operational control function for the division on customer transaction or processes.

Main Responsibilities:

To perform control function for various customer transactions for the division which includes but not limited to the reconciliation of daily customer transactions of CBD with various related operation departments, the reconciliation of call back conducted, the follow-up on the call back documents with the customer services staff, the control and monitoring of the rectification of call back, the maintenance and control of transaction reference number, and signature verification;
Monitor credit review overdue for the division and arrange credit weekly meeting with meeting materials prepared;
To take care of the Corporate Banking hotline. Be able to answer the basic enquiry and refer to CBD RM or other departments when necessary;
Assist and coordinate in obtaining information from marketing staff for Banking Returns purpose;
Assist the team in various task involved in operational risk reporting and planning;
To assist in building and reviewing policies and procedures, guidelines, and workflow for the team as well as for the division;
Assist in preparing for training in terms of the transaction operations & the related banking compliance information for the marketing staff in the division
Other ad hoc improvement projects to perform for the team and/or for the division

Incumbent Requirements:

At least 5 years of banking experience, preferably in a role involved bank account/lending operation for corporate customers;
Basic knowledge of banking compliance and regulations (operational aspect) and understand/experienced in putting them into practice to the operation of the division;
Being able to identify the gaps in the current control and process and make necessary improvement
Preferably some experiences in improving existing control mechanism and increase efficiency process of banking tasks;
Understand frontline operation and business dynamics
