Our client is a top-tier global asset management firm with strong presence worldwide.  To further strengthen their market positioning, the company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team.  This role covers the Asia Pacific region and this is initially as a 12 months contract renewable.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Liaise with local business units to gather business data and investment information on investment portfolio structure
• Assist in setting up and running business optimization strategy
• Prepare prototype versions of Risk Based Capital
• Produce risk insights for risk leaders
• Prepare specification and testing artifacts to the Python development team
• Help to design and refine investment reporting dashboards

 To be considered for this role as a Business Analyst, you possess the following:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Relevant years of experience
• Proficient in MS Teams Excel
• Knowledge in Python and/or Power BI is an advantage
• CFA / Actuary / CPA qualification is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
