The client is a fast-growing AI FinTech company, is now seeking a new headcount of IT Project Manager – FinTech / AI / Machine Learning on DeFi & Blockchain (45k – 65k) to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and technical teams for product development, user interface, requirements analysis/ specifications and testing 
• Ensure projects are implemented in accordance with SDLC and adhere to QA standard
• Ensure all project commitments are met; monitor and report on progress in accordance with the PMO requirements
• Contribute in requirement and system analysis to fulfill project needs
• Cooperate with project stakeholders and internal project team for the flawless execution of projects
• Oversee the development and deployment of IT project delivery
• Proactively leads the team and vendors to deliver high quality products with minimal defects
• Provide assistance with evaluating business projects and proposing and sizing the related technology builds and integrations.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5+ years of project management experience on software / application / blockchain / smart contract development
• In-depth knowledge in System Development Life Cycle and project management methodology
• Exposure to DeFi, AI, Machine Learning, NLP or FinTech related projects is a plus
• Strong management, communication, and organizational skills and proven ability to influence stakeholders including senior management
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
