Job description
Work under Issue Management Unit (“IMU”), which is under Wealth and Pensions (“W&P”), to provide daily support on issues recording, keeping, tracing, reviewing, monitoring to reporting manager on an “end to end” basis.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 6 years working experience or with relevant retirement operation experience
Responsibilities
  • Review issues escalated by all stakeholders under W&P for both IT and non-IT issues in daily basis.
  • Prepare & join regular meeting (2-3/per week) for issues’ risk assessment & calibration and join daily stand-up meeting with IT
  • Prepare meeting minutes and summary to stakeholders and Senior Management within internal TAT
  • Work closely with Operation, Quality Assurance and IT team to review the root cause of each issue, follow up and monitor action items including remedy action, short term work around, long term fix with the issue reporters and relevant business units.
  • Scan IMU email box and manage all incoming and outgoing emails in daily basis
  • Consolidate the Issue Log and prepare incident report for material and breach case within internal TAT
  • Monitor and produce the weekly/ monthly report and PowerPoint to Senior Management
  • Report material issue and prepare incident report to Sun Life Risk Management per company protocol and timeline
