Our client is a securities firm established in 2015. It provides global securities and futures brokerage services for individual and institutional investors

Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor daily settlement operation, including securities (HK & China Connect) and derivatives products.
• Handle CCASS operation including physical stock deposit / withdrawal, SI / ISI, IPO, and Placement.
• Perform nominee services, corporate action activities, IPO & placing
• Liaise with counterparties to solve settlement problems.
• Perform stock reconciliation for Hong Kong Market and China Stock Connect.
• Handling daily settlement and comply with policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily reporting to exchange
• Participate in system implementation, UAT and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business administration or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years relevant operation experience
• Knowledge in CCASS operations
• Experience in derivatives products
• Comfortable with multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferable
• Immediate available is highly preferred
