• Assist to develop and implement operational methodology in managing billing process with high standard of efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in regular review on daily operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in billing process and presentation
• Coordinate with IT and other departments for billing improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to subordinates in handling customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner
• Perform customer account maintenance and control, including account opening, closing and changes
• Handle billing matters and statements to maintain good customer services
• Assist to prepare monthly reports and handle ad-hoc reporting, analysis and presentation
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Tertiary education in Business / Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experiences at supervisory level in customer services focus
• With experiences in handling system enhancement is preferred
• Familiar with improvement projects would be an advantage
• Proficient in PC applications; knowledge in SAP and Siebel will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, attentive to details, good communication and inter-personal skill
• Strong problem solving skills, good sense of customer orientation and passionate for services improvement
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Billing Service Officer
