A new opportunity has recently opened up in our Transaction Services team. We are currently looking for an Assistant Officer to join us.
A role you will love
As an Assistant Officer, you will be processing and verifying replacement requests and other transactions related to payment replacement. You will also be communicating and resolving problems with offshore teams. In addition, you will support workflow process and UAT whilst liaising with vendors on replacement of cheque printing.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Account proofing for specific payment accounts
- Comply with all applicable operation procedures and report any potential risk and suspicious transactions to line manager immediately
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by managers
- Cross team support if required
What will you bring to the role?
You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is a great team-player. You are a High Diploma holder/Associate with at least 1 year of working experience, ideally in securities or banking operations. You will be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
Other key skills required for the role include:
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Willing to work overtime
- Able to meet tight schedule
- Working location: Kowloon Bay
