Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily document scanning by means of AML Web-Search tools;
- Review and monitor AML Hit-List or Sanction Alert;
- Detect sanction parties/shipment routes and take follow up action to investigate suspicious transactions according to government regulations, Bank’s internal AML Policies, Procedures and guidelines;
- Assist team head to develop and implement procedures on AML related control workflow;
- Participate UAT for related AML system program, formulate system-enhancement requirement and design test cases;
- Prepare periodical AML related MIS reports；
- Maintain proper records for audit trial；
- Performs other ad-hoc projects and related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder major in Banking, Finance or other related disciplines;
- Relevant qualification in CAMS, AAMPL is preferable;
- Minimum 1 year experience in Operations with experience in AML control/monitoring preferably in bank/financial institutions/regulators；
- Well versed with AMLO and other regulatory requirements；
- Detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills；
- Proficient in MS office applications；
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably fluent in Mandarin)；
- Knowledge of using Worldcheck and Lloyds online Web-Search is definite an advantage.
