- Clerical support and assist Client Service Team/Operations.
- Customer care / support w/ tech / troubleshooting
- Impeccable telephone etiquette & client management
- Organize and manage client record with accuracy
- Update and maintenance of various reports, client database and platforms
- Support in adhoc projects assigned by Dept Head
Requirements
- Post-secondary, preferably with 1-2 years experiences in services field is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Fluent spoken & written English & Mandarin
- Chinese typing skill is a MUST, 40wpm; English - 60wpm
- Responsible, Mature, Detail-oriented
- Team player, Self-initiative, Good numerical sense
- Day-time shift required
