• Assist in managing digital projects from end to end including research, business requirement gathering, user experience, project coordination, UAT, launch management and marketing promotion
• Produce and optimize the content of specific products across Mobile apps, Internet Banking, Public websites, Social Media platforms and Digital Messaging to promote bank products/services.
• Manage digital initiatives and projects including websites, social media platforms, other digital and interactive platforms
• Assist the Team Leader in continnuously enhance user experience of digital platforms of specific products and collaborate closely with business units, IT, and product team
• Conduct market research and analysis of marketing intelligence
• Manage marketing budget and maximize cost-efficiency

• Degree or above with major in Marketing, Business Administration, e-Commerce or related disciplines.
• 5 - 10 years relevant experience in securities investment or banking industry
• Knowledgeable in regulatory guidelines; or hands-on experience in digital channel development.
• Able to keep abreast of the latest mobile and online banking technologies and trends 
• Appreciation/experience in digital marketing to drive online sales/ revenue/ sales leads
• Strong project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Senior Officer / Officer
