Responsibilities / Requirements :

l  Prepare different types of financial reports such as budget, cashflow forecasts, business modeling, financial projections etc.

l  Perform financial analysis of various data and being able to discern areas of importance.

l  Liaise with various parties such as bankers, government departments, customers and other related parties.

l  Multi-faceted responsibilities offering excellent exposure.

l  Create business contracts and negotiate with counterparties.

l  Assist Company Senior Management in business development with emphasis on data collection, data comparison, budget preparation and financial analysis

l  Degree holder in finance/accounting with professional qualifications.

l  Minimum 8 years of work experience, with a major focus on financial planning & analysis. 

l  Exposure in Big 4 is preferred; experience with hospitality industry is a plus. 

l  With comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, PRC taxation and other regulatory requirements

l  Good interpersonal skills and ability to clearly communicate with others.

l  High level of motivation, able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure

l  Initiative with good analytical and communication skills

l  Good computer literacy in particular advanced skills in using Excel and Powerpoint

l  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin
