Job Description

Our client, a Top-tier PRC Securities Firm, is now looking for Assistant Operation Manager/ Senior Operation Officer to join their Operation (Middle Office) team.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate client checks, including Know-Your-Customer ('KYC'), Client Due Diligence ('CDD'), AML etc, for new accounts, existing accounts, screening of counterparties, tracking, escalation and resolution of CDD deferrals, account slated for exit
Conduct CDD of customer profile for onboarding, periodic review and trigger event review.
Identify and verify KYC documents and customer statistic data.
Engage with customers to provide incomplete CDD information and documentation within service level.
Provide support to the team and carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above;
at least 1 year of relevant experience;
Well versed with regulatory requirement on account opening, CDD, KYC and AML
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
