Job Description:
- Be the recognized face for a number of allocated customers; undertake detailed client support work, documenting and resolving client inquiries and questions related to our system, including post-Implementation support. (35%)
- Document new business requirements for development, including testing and implementation of such requirements according to client demand. (25%)
- Undertake pre-sales demos of the system in support of sales distribution partners to assist the company to grow. Provide support for subsequent implementations, including customer training. (25%)
- Train junior hires and collaborate with our staff globally to ensure our success. (15%)

Desired Profile:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in finance from a reputed Financial Institutions; must include a significant concentration in Accounting.
- Candidate likely has seven+ years of experience working within a recognized global fund administrator with extensive experience of using commercial fund/portfolio management software.
- Experience working in areas related to several of the following domains including exposure to both customer support and portfolio and/or fund administration: Investment Management, Wealth Management, Hedge Funds,Alternative Investments, Portfolio Accounting, and Investment Operations.
- Supervisory experience or team-leadership experience would be a plus.
- Experience of handling complex customer Implementations and post-Implementation Support would be an added
advantage, including: project management delivery experience and technical business analysis.
- Thorough understanding of a wide range of financial instruments, including exposure to private equity is preferred
- Good communication skills are essential, together with previous experience presenting complex concepts (preferably software services) to the senior executives of our prospects and customers. Our company is global and operates in English; additional languages are a plus.
