Responsibilities:

• Report to the Manager and perform daily settlement functions (daily processing, corporate actions, physical certificates, stock, and cash management, trade and stock reconciliation, IPO and placing, etc.)
• Handle Market Rehearsal and system UAT when necessary
• Handle data input and client inquiries
• Liaise and resolve settlement issues with clients and counterparties
• Support other operation functions of group companies when necessary
• Assist any other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• University graduate in relevant disciplines
• 2 to 3 years experience in securities and futures settlement and fund operation
• Good understanding and knowledge of fund operation, relevant experience in equity and derivative settlement
• Good working knowledge of CCASS and DCASS
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded and willing to learn
• Immediately available is highly preferred
