Job Description
- The Change Delivery Lead will play a role supporting team efforts in performing Operational Efficiency Initiatives and Process Impact Analysis, developing adoption program components, and coordinating implementations. This role will involve business analysis, product change impact assessment, implementation and migration coordination, presentation development, adoption SharePoint platform updates, and the successful application of the Adoption framework and methodology.
- Sound experience in leading Operational Efficiency and Change delivery projects.
- Ability to manage project through its life-cycle (initiation to closure)
- Provide a project management service for ad hoc projects
- Be able to anticipate client’s needs and proposes alternative business solutions.

- Maintenance of a professional, productive and outcome-oriented culture
- Positive driving and implementing of change initiatives
- Development of strategic plans and respective roll-out
- Development and implementation of appropriate processes and procedures
- Assistance with the management of the project delivery program as required
- Bachelor Degree or Master's Degree.
- Lean Six Sigma Green certified and Black Belt trained or certified or accredited certification equivalent (Preferred)
- Background working on large-scale change implementation of projects (Business and IT) 5-8 years
- In depth knowledge of portfolio, programme and project management methodologies
- Contemporary business change management thinking, disciplines and best practice
- Demonstrated judgement, critical thinking and interpersonal skills to understand, prioritize and articulate business requirements so that these are met
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to organizational strategy, policy and capability projects
- Demonstrated advocacy and experience with business management techniques and tools including continuous improvement or process improvement
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered for a junior position
- Support Change Delivery Manager in driving Cultural change initiatives.
- Conduct & Review Time & Motion(T&M), Process Audit and present findings/results and work with operations team to finalize the cost-benefits on identified improvement opportunities.
- Work with IT to implement Automation/Robotics solutions, highlight roadblock and work with respective owners.
- Present weekly progress on all ongoing and planned initiatives including digital initiatives/OKRs.
