Responsibilities:

• Lead the team for back office operations functions, including post trade processing & settlement for cash market, derivatives market & structured products, cash management & nominee services etc.
• Review operational procedures and establish proper policies with SOP to enhance  efficiency
• Supervise subordinates to process transactions (maker-checker) & maintain records in line with internal policy
• Ensure all operations functions and tasks are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements as well as Group policies
• Assist Chief Operations Officer
• Handle any other ad hoc tasks e.g. system update and/or development

Requirements

• University graduate in relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years of solid experience in trade settlements within financial service industry
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
