Responsibilities:

• Support trading team on day-to-day operations such as trade verification, confirmation , record maintenance and settlements
• Monitor market movements and provide updates to traders
• Assist in pre-trade/post-trade checking. Ensure the orders are in full compliance with the fund’s investment guidelines, as well as external regulatory requirements
• Assist in communication with internal and external parties
• Assist for ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration or related discipline
• Previous experience in a trading floor environment or asset management firm is a plus
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Knowledge on MS Office (Excel)/VBA/SQL are beneficial
• A good team player, knowledgeable and hard working
• Strong interest in financial markets / trading
• Willing to work under pressure and work during HK holidays
• Professional qualifications (e.g. SFC/CFA/FRM) is an advantage
