Job Responsibilities:

Be the point of contact for all AML/FCC related advisory matters
Assists with internal or external examinations related to AML/FCC
Reviewing AML/FCC related policies and procedures to ensure that the firm is in line with regulations
Provide AML/FCC training to related stakeholders

Requirements:

8+ years of relevant AML/FCC experience in financial institutions
Previous experience in providing AML/FCC advisory is PREFERRED
Excellent knowledge of HKMA and SFC regulations
AML/FCC advisory experience within a retail bank would be an ADVANTAGE
