Job Description
- Work with client relationship managers (CRM) to serve partners and clients’ needs in delivering high net worth insurance product
- Involve in the end-to-end life insurance application, from travel logistics, client onboarding, KYC, medical examination arrangement
- Provide operational support and guidance to the bankers and CRM in the processing of insurance applications
- Manage cases to ensure smooth implementation of insurance application
- Liaise with insurers on application and maintain good record for each application
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
- Contribute to on-going client satisfaction, retention and profitability
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of work experience in insurance companies or insurance brokerage
- Good understanding in universal life / high net worth products and application process
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory influences within the client onboarding process
- Insurance License holder preferred
- Good working knowledge of insurance product knowledge is preferred
- Good client servicing skills and with a passion to serve
- Good time management and strong multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
