1. 制定、修訂公司的財務管理制度及相關規定辦法，並督導下屬公司實施；
2. 編制公司月度、季度、年度財務分析和專題分析報告,負責財務管理專題研究，定期分析公司財務狀況，提出存在問題及解決方案，供決策參考；
3. 完善公司的財務模型，定期調整和修訂財務滾動規劃，督導下屬公司完善財務模型。負責公司年度財務預算的編制和上報，監督控制預算執行情況，對預算執行情況進行分析，評價預算執行結果；
4. 對接集團KPI指標設定及業績考核，參與下屬公司KPI指標設定及考核；
5. 建立完善公司的財務對標體系，收集和整理行業數據，定期優化指標體系和分析方法，對各下屬公司進行對標分析；
6. 管理、督促及考核下屬公司財務工作；
7. 參與公司重大兼併重組項目，提供財務、產權、稅務等方面意見建議；
8. 完成領導交辦的其他工作。

1. 本科及以上學歷，財經類專業，5年以上財務管理和分析經驗；
2. 精通中國及香港會計準則及相關的法規、政策，具有良好的財務管理能力、學習能力和分析研判能力和嚴密的邏輯思維能力；
3. 具備較強的語言文字表達能力，中、英文流利；
4. 工作踏實認真、責任心強，有良好的溝通協調能力和團隊精神；
5. 有CPA、ACCA等相關專業資格證書，大型央企集團、大型會計師事務所等工作經驗者優先；
6. 香港居民優先考慮。

（1）Job Responsibilities：

• Assist in the establishment and continuing improvement of accounting policies and procedures, supervise the implementation of subsidiary companies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial analysis and thematic analysis report, research and document appropriate accounting analysis, provide professional advice.
• Review and prepare group annual financials, forecasts and budget. Monitor and analysis the implementation of the budget.
• Participate in the KPI setting and performance management to the subsidiary companies.
• Establish and improve the financial benchmarking system, perform benchmarking analysis for subsidiaries.
• Enhance and streamline the group financial control, conduct performance management to subsidiary companies.  
• Participate in major mergers & acquisitions projects and provide professional advice in investment, finance and taxation.
• Other duties as assigned.

（2）Job Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance and economics, minimum 5 years of working experience in financial management and analysis gained from large SOE.
• Solid and comprehensive knowledge of PRC & HK GAAP, with well financial management capabilities, learning ability, analytic capabilities and logical thinking ability.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Hardworking with team spirit and good communication skills.
• Qualified member of ACCA/ CPA or with experience in large SOE /audit firm is highly preferable.
• Hong Kong resident is preferred.
