• Support the origination, development, due diligence, approval and implementation of investments in PE opportunities (both fund and direct co-investments) that support the company's investment objectives and goals. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in effectively supporting the entire deal flow.

• Deal Sourcing, Development and Processing
• Coordinate and support throughout deal lifecycle including due diligence (market, financial and legal), structure design, deal documentation, legal documentations, etc.
• Produce reliable analysis and recommendations swiftly, including assessment of key investment merits and risks
• Analyse and identify potential direct investment opportunities, including evaluating the company financials and other criteria
• Prepare internal proposals, portfolio analytics, deal pipeline status and recommendations
• Manage the fund monitoring and administration process
• Execute deal closing documents including subscription and KYC documents
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the fund managers and industry

• Monitor and manage investment portfolios. Produce reliable analysis, reporting and alert management of any deviations from target performance
• Data capturing, filing and reporting of portfolio data, analytics and documentation
• Prepare proposal and recommendations on investments
• Monitor the macro-economic situation and industry trends for covered sectors
• Collaborate with investment teams, bankers and other industry stakeholders

• Devise marketing strategies to develop the right positioning and representation of the Group and products in Greater China covering China mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan;
• Keep abreast of potential market trends and consumer preference and translate insights into business opportunities;
• Supervise Marketing & Product Managers to manage advertising agencies and production houses to create promotional ideas for reinforcing brand awareness;
• Take charge of market communications through different channels including traditional and digital social media;
• Guide the Sales & Marketing teams in different business units to promote individual products;
• Establish and maintain excellent network with professional associations, education institutions and key opinion leaders in the industry;
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of different sales and distribution channels;
• Develop new distribution channels e.g. domestic & x-border ecommerce platforms to grow market share;
• Prepare and monitor sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets;
• Participate in the development and execution of new business project; and
• Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent. CFA or CPA qualification will be an added advantage
• Relevant Experience and competencies
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, asset management, wealth management, investment banking, or similar entities
• Practical experience in deal structures, monitoring fund investments, direct co-investment transactions
• Good understanding of compliance and KYC requirements for investment subscriptions
• Possess knowledge of finance and analytical skills for portfolio management
• Possess business knowledge, judgment, problem solving and commercial instincts
• Understanding and experience in building financial models for valuations and financial returns analysis will be an added advantage
• Passionate, proactive, highly motivated and strong work ethic
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively
• Good oral and written communication skills in English are required
