Key Responsibilities

• Market cross asset structured solutions to financial institutions in Mainland China and Hong Kong
• Ability to see through a transaction from start to finish, from preparing marketing presentation to trade document to process pricing and execution
• Solidify foundation of trust with clients by demonstrating deep understanding in clients’ need, stay highly responsive and deliver top quality service
• Understand firm’s approach and policies for managing risks in relevant business and applicable legal and regulatory rules, and follow policies

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, BBA or related discipline
• At least 5-year experiences in a structured product sales role, good relationships with Chinese onshore or offshore financial institutions
• Familiar with equity linked projects like vanilla options, exotics options, or bond linked products like TRS, leverage notes or P-Note
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Sound knowledge and understanding of financial market, structured products industry and its practices
• Attention to detail – input trade records in IT systems, in an exhaustive manner, pays particular Attention to the correctness of term sheets
• Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
