Role Overview

•          Direct support to CEO
•          Assist CEO in business activities, including attending meetings and to take minutes, generating business proposals and management reports
•          Assist in business expansion planning and licensing
•          Communicate with external stakeholders inclusive but not limited to industry lenders, partners, investors, lawyers, financiers, etc.
•          Facilitate and follow up on external and internal business affairs
•          Travel with the CEO occasionally

Ideal Profile

• 4-10 years of experience in relevant roles (PA, Admin, Operations), including 2+ years in financial institutions
• Bachelor degree
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
