Our client, a Top-tier PRC Securities Firm, is now looking for a IT Project Manager who can focus on trading system or internal system to join their great IT Operation team.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Understand the project and the change from user, identify the project and change planning and coordinate the project deliverable and change management with various stakeholder.
• Make independent assessment of the system technology delivery and identify the on-going enhancement of the system including but not limit to system capacity, failover schedule, system automation, etc
• Perform system health check and support, identify the system weakness and provide the technical solution. Perform the BAU configuration change, user access management as well as the system cost & payment
• Work with the internal and external auditor on the system assessment, system audit, system stock take
• Vendor management by continuously review the effectiveness of the vendor control and the performance of the vendor
• Review and make suggestions on the effectiveness of system operational efficiency

Job Specifications:-

• Degree in Computing Science, Business or related discipline
• Hands on knowledge in Linux and Windows server environment and relational database, e.g. MySQL, Oracle and SQL scripting
• Hands on experience in client facing business application including user support and project delivery.
• Understand the operations of financial institute is a plus
• Knowledge of the SFC code of conduct and cybersecurity is a plus
• Self-motivated with good communications and interpersonal skills, willing to make improvement to the existing workflow and system
