Our client is the leading western medicine manufacturing company.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and lead the production department to achieve company’s business objectives
• Ensure compliance to health, safety and regulatory requirements of all products manufactured
• Work closely with QA, QC and R&D departments to achieve company’s goals on productivity and quality
• Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approved GMP procedures
• Manage GMP documents e.g. batch production records, manufacturing instructions, SOPs, etc
• Involve in design and monitoring of Process Validation & Cleaning Validation processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in Science or Engineering related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in western medicine manufacturing
• Applicant with knowledge of industrial engineering / mechanical engineering would be an advantage
• Good organization, communication, management and training skills
• Be accountable and able to solve practical problems in manufacturing
• Independent, enthusiastic and a good team player
• Less experience will be considered Assistant Production Manager
