Responsibilities:

• Handle franchise recruitment processes including handling enquiries, and interview arrangements and reference checking;
• Assist New Franchisees in developing Fitness centres;
• Ensure all operations and promotion activities consistent with the brand image, guidelines and policies;
• Work with property agents to identify potential sites and contractors for development of new clubs.
• Drive the execution in franchise clubs and ensure the alignment with corporate/business standard;
• Provide support on franchise related issues

• Degree in Business administration / marketing or property retail management
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese Mandarin and English.
• 4 years or above experience in retail, fitness or management, knowledge in project management / property agencies will be an advantage;
• Competent with use of computers, excel, word and emails 
• Confident and with good people skills
• Good business acumen with numerical and analytical skills 
• Self, motivated and well organised
