Requirements:

- Manage daily operations and monitor performance of each point of sales, to achieve manpower efficiency and deliver quality customer service
- Ensure Standard Operations Procedures and Company Policies are compiled and executed
- Maintain efficient communication between point of sales and internal departments
- Handle customer enquiries
- Prepare analysis reports /monthly report /roster...
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sizeable chain stores (Beauty Retail industry would be an advantage)
- Excellent people management, communication and coaching skills along with positive and can -do attitude
- Good problem-solving skill
- Familiar with MS office (Including Word, excel, power point, Chinese word processing)
- Less experience will consider as Supervisor
