Responsibilities:

• To arrange recreation activities and interest classes
• To perform facilities management within the club house
• To provide administrative support and prepare periodical reports
• To handle emergency cases and ad hoc events
• To ensure high service standard with excellent client relationship management
• To handle customers’ enquiries and booking of Club House’s facilities
• To handle club license and other relevant license renewal for club operation
• To monitor performance of operator/ service provides in Club House

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Sports & Recreation Management or related discipline
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in Sports/ Leisure field, of which 4 years at supervisory level; Experience in Club House Management System is a definite advantage
• Customer-oriented, sincere, energetic and presentable
• Good leadership skill and excellent interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must while good command of Chinese including Mandarin is also preferred
• Proficient in MS Office computer application
• Shift Duty required 
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Recreation Manage
