About our role 

We are now looking for a talented Manager, Technical Services to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Deputy Head, Technical Services, the incumbent will be responsible for providing technical support on building works & managing maintenance standards and procurement practice for portfolio management in order to strive for efficient operation with high-quality standards.

Responsibilities will include

• Develop policies and guidelines to uphold building maintenance and procurement standards
• Ensure building maintenance and procurement practice are adhered to 
• Provide professional and independent advice on technical solutions 
• Enhance efficiency and effectiveness of management system 
• Develop professional competence of building surveying talents 
• Explore smart facilities management initiatives

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be

• Degree holder in Surveying or equivalent 
• Professional member of the HKIS/RICS in building surveying stream or equivalent 
• At least 7 years post qualification working experience in building consultancy or facilities /maintenance management, in which 3 years are in supervisory level 
• Conversant with Buildings Ordinance, Code of Practice and statutory requirements 
• Self-driven and have good analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills 
• Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese 
• Green building professional qualification such as BEAM Pro or LEED AP is an advantage
