Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To lead a CONSULTANCY TEAM handling new / A&A / renovation projects for buildings;
- Plan, monitor and control work standards and deliver quality results within timeline and cost budget
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal parties with regard to the project progress
Requirements:
- Degree in Building Surveying, Project Management or relevant discipline
- MHKIS (Building Surveying discipline) or equivalent with at least 3 years post qualification experience; less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
- Conversant with local government regulations for building projects;
- Self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills;
- Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
