Duties

• Project management including work progress, budget control and quality control;
• Handle project documentation and correspondence;
• Responsible for tendering including material enquiry, cost analysis, submission and tender interview; and
• Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and other relevant parties

Requirements

• At least 5 years relevant experience in fit-out projects;
• Diploma or above in related disciplines;
• Good at IT literacy, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project;
• Good knowledge of project planning, coordination and reporting;
• Detailed mind and proactive; and
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
