Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide support to Senior Manager/Department Head for overseas projects and feasibility studies.
- Support on preparation of presentation materials, project proposal, cost summary and checklist.
- Support on preparation of guidelines and specifications.
- Handle ad-hoc project and assignment.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or Construction related subjects. Candidate with Bachelor Degree would be in advantage.
- 1-2 years of working experiences; preferably in construction field
- Good computer applications skills eg. MS Office, Ms PowerPoint
- Good team player with highly committed and self-driven personality
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Flexibility to changing environments with a “can-do” attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
