Duties:

• Handle tenders including cost enquiry, cost analysis and contract budget;
• Post contract work include payment application, VO submission and re-measurement;
• Evaluate subcontractors’ variation works and payment applications; 
• Conclude final accounts with client / subcontractors; and
• Project cost control

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• Over 3 years relevant experience in fitting out projects and can handle pre- and post-contract work independently;
• Proficiency in computer skill;
• Good command of both in written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Strong negotiating skill; and
• Immediate available is preferred
