• Degree/ Higher Diploma/ Certificate in Building Studies or Civil / Structural Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in Main Contractor Works
• Main Contractor experience in Alteration & Addition / Fit-out Works including architectural; design; administration; construction management and co-ordination of works
• Familiarity with BD regulations preferable
• Must hold a Safety Green Card
• A minimum of Technically Competent Person Grade 1 Level (TCP1)
• Corporate Membership of HKICM / CIOB / HKIE in building discipline or equivalent will be an advantage
• Responsible for clearly communicating, managing and supervising site supervisory staff, multiple subcontractor trades, and liaising with the client and consultant staff
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in PC application including AutoCAD and M.S. Project is preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
