Responsibilities:

• Overall execution of rolling stock, E&M and/or control and communication projects through liaising with client, relevant stakeholders and managing project team and subcontractors to ensure the all works are completed timely and within budget.
• Lead a team to develop design/installation drawings and to plan for T&C/inspection works.
• Provide site supervision to ensure the works up to the quality standard.
• Be responsible for troubling shoot in case of equipment failure.
• Participate in project development of new business. 

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of related work experience in which at least 10 years in supervisory position, preferably with main contractors or consultancy firms.
• Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, or equivalent is preferred.
• With driving license (Class 1 and 2) is preferred.
• Holder of valid Construction Workers Registration Card & Green Card.
• Solid writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Chinese word processing and AutoCAD.
• Presentable, self-confidence, well-organized, cooperative with good problem solving skill and analytical mindset.
• Strong management, leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
