Responsibilities:

• To assist in project management for planning, scheduling and handling the design and implementation work of new shops and counters
• To coordinate with the landlord, contractors & vendors for the renovation work
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Architecture or related discipline
• At least 2 years in project coordination or related experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, well organized, good interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
• Willing and able to travel
• Site experience preferred
• Immediate available preferred
