Property Manager (物業經理) / Property Assistant (物業助理) - Shopping Mall ( 5.5 -DAY WORK , 月薪 18K+)
Description
- 管理集團旗下物業, 包括放租、續租、買賣及聘請承造商作維修保養等工作
- 每天聯絡各地産經紀, 解答租戶查詢, 收集及整理物業租售資料
- 能獨立處理物業租約及買賣合同等文件
- 巡視各物業維修保養情況及開門帶客看單位
- 負責巡視商廈及協助執行日常商廈 / 停車場管理事務
Requirements:
- 中五程度或以上程度
- 一年或以上管理甲級商廈 / 酒店 / 商業樓宇設施相關物業管理工作經驗
- 流利書寫及溝通、英文及普通話, 熟識電腦軟件操作
