Job Description
Our client are market leading contractors in Hong Kong currently doing significant projects. To be successful in this role you should possess the following attributes:
Job Duties:
- Assess and prepare response to contract correspondence received from the Project Manager
- Support negotiation of claims and manage contractual changes
- Valuation of variation / assessment of compensation events
- Subcontractor administration from Sub-letting to final account agreement
- Familiar with contracts and contract documentation (preferably NEC)
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent
- Professional member of RICS/HKIS or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a contract administrator /senior quantity surveyor with main contractor
