Job Ddescription

• Manage and coordinate all BS works in progress;
• Monitor the progress of the project to ensure meet the quality standards and contractual schedule;
• Provide technical advice and guidance to BS contractors  and project teams; and
• Responsible for contract administration with BS contractors and project team.

 Job Requirement

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering;
• 10 years or above relevant experience in building/ E&M project with contractor;
• Extensive experience relevant to Electrical / MVAC in Hong Kong;
• Good knowledge and experience of the current and prevailing statutory processes; and
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager – Building Servicers.
