• Assist the Senior Contract Manager in contract management
• Responsible to manage pre and post contracts.
• Set up and maintain clear cost plan for projects
• Attend client’s team meeting and advise on commercial matters
• Advise on opportunities for value engineering and cost savings when possible
• Provide commercial reports to client
• Review and assess variation claims
• Ensure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of quantity surveying experience in consultant firms with exposure to a range of projects within private sectors
• Candidates with previous experience in large construction projects is an advantage
• Membership in HKIS or RICS is required
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English language both written and verbal
• Proficient in MS Office applications
