Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for site supervision of Company’s property development projects, including project progress, quality, safety and environmental issues
• Coordinate with the project team and liaise with consultants and contractors to ensure all phases of the projects are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified high quality
• Monitor work progress and workmanship standard; ensure working procedures, work schedules, and quality control are strictly followed
• Provide solution to project team for continuous quality improvement
• Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior

 Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of experience in property development project; with experience in residential developments is preferred
• Experience in fitting out is a must
• Conversant with building regulations and practices and well versed in coordination of services and construction details
• Previous working experience with property developers is a definite advantage
• Proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
• Good computer knowledge
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
• Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
