Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical and commercial tender documents on BS Work under the main contract.
• Design of BS systems to meet technical specifications.
• Lead a team of engineer in design, engineering, procurement and project delivery.
• Play the Project Manager role in project progress and financial control.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services or Electrical Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 8 years experience in BS projects for large building development or MTR/ HKAA building contracts, a minimum of 3 years experience in managerial role for large projects.
• Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Engineers, or equivalent.
• Chartered Membership of CIBSE and/or Energy Auditor or equivalent.
• Candidate with less qualification and experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
• With driving license (Class 1 and 2) is preferred.
• Holder of valid Construction Workers Registration Card & Green Card.
• Solid writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Chinese word processing, AutoCAD, MicroStation and BIM.
• Presentable, self-confidence, well-organized, cooperative with good problem solving skill and analytical mindset.
• Strong management, leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
