Job Description
- Responsible for overall monitoring and management of assigned design & build projects, including aspects of project planning, design, site deliverables and cost control
- Summaries client design objectives, conceptualize design plans and inspect design after project completion
- Foster the collaboration between the internal business development personnel, site technical team and external clients for smooth project execution
- Supervise and monitor site coordinators to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management
- Degree holder in Interior Design/ Construction Management/ Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years work experience in Project Management, preferred in Fitting-out Contractor, Design and Build Contractor
- Experience in managing project from commencement to completion with proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Able to work independently with good coordination skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design application is an advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
