A)   Building Maintenance / Building Services

Responsibilities:
lMonitor and supervise daily operations in the building maintenance and building services
lMonitor and coordinate works carried out by contractors and service providers on regular basis
lProvide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
lSupervise and monitor work progress on site and certify work completion
lHandle emergency in prompt response
lSelf-motivated and able to work under pressure

Academic Requirement:
lCertificate or above in Building Studies, Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, Construction or equivalent

Required Knowledges, Skills & Abilities:
lMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in building repair and maintenance services
lAcademic requirement could be exempted for more than 10 years relevant experience
lAnalytical mind with good problem-solving capabilities
lIndependent, imitative and able to work under pressure
lGood communication skills with internal and external parties
lAble to work independently
lHolder of Class 1 or Class 2 Registered Engineer License is preferred
lImmediate available is highly preferred

B)   Renovation

Responsibilities:
lOversee several interior design projects from start to finish, keep to deadlines, and get sign-off on projects before they are presented to clients
lCoordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure the detailed design is well though out and up to the company’s standard
lCreate and present concepts from initial ideas to mood board and translate the design into reality

Academic Requirement:
lDegree or Higher Diploma in Interior Design or related disciplines

Required Knowledges, Skills & Abilities:
lMinimum 3 years relevant experience
lAcademic requirement could be exempted for more than 10 years relevant experience
lPassionate about interior design, proactive, and excellent in communication skills with the ability to tackle issues internally and externally
lExperience in tender procedures including documents and drawings
lExperience in managing Junior Designers and projects from concept to completion.  Ex initiate concept, mood boards, budgeting, contracts, to a full set of technical drawings and project management
lProficient knowledge of software such as AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, Excel, Enscape is a plus
lStrong aesthetic sense in terms of materials, textures, colours and detailing

Working Hours:          Monday – Friday: 0900 – 1800
                                  Saturday (if necessary)
Basic Salary:             $18,000 - $30,000 / month
