Job Description
Our client is a reputable FMCG company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Senior Technician (Building Services) to join their professional team and support the In-house building maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible daily operation, facilities maintenance and repair works and building services systems.
- Prepare regular reports on daily maintenance schedule, emergency call out activities to the Maintenance Officer for a comprehensive control of on-site work and further analysis.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the superior.

- 執行保養及維修工作
- 處理現場的緊急維修事故
- 整理現場保養及維修資料,定期向維修主任匯報
- 執行上司指派之工作
Requirement:
- Certificate or above, in M&E, Building Services or related disciplines.
- Relevant experience or familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B or above and Safety Green Card.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
- Immediate available is preferred.
