Job Description

• Prepare and arrange tender documents;
• Evaluate and process bid analysis;
• Process and arrange sub-contract documents; and
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/ High Diploma in Building/ Civil/ Structural Engineering or equivalent;
• 2 years or above working experience in subletting/ Q.S. field;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin; and
• Proficient in PC knowledge.
