Responsibilities:

• Prepare shop drawings for clients' review and submission.
• Review and provide feedback on specification, measurements and drawings for onsite construction team in solving field problems.
• Maintain and update the drawing record;
• Interface and co-ordinate with clients, contractors and other third parties.
• Ability to handle project co-ordination, schedule, documentation, process control

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Interior or Architectural Design.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fitting-out project management for residential, commercial, corporate office and retail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge in Rendering is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, diligent and precise.
• Work well under tight deadlines and willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
