Job Description
CLIENT'S INFORMATION:
Our client is a large-scale architecture design firm. They have a wide range of customers both in Hong Kong and abroad. With the expansion of business, they would like to grow their team for commercial/ residential/ institutional projects. Now, they are looking for outstanding architects to join them.
RESPONSIBILITY:
-Assist to manage the architectural design, provide site progress meetings and monitor site works of contractors
-Responsible for project development from concept, design, statutory approval, construction, fitting out to completion
-Prepare project designs and plans in compliance with local requirements
-Participate in on-site checking and measurement
-Keep design progress on track and make regular reporting on design status
-Handle all problems and issues during construction
-Handle ad hoc projects related to the project
REQUIREMENT:
-Degree in Architecture or equivalent
-Min. 6 years of experience in commercial/residential/ institutional projects
-HKIA is a must
-Self-motivated and able to work under deadline pressure
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, sketch up, InDesign, Rhino/Revit
-Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese/ English and Chinese
