Our client is a well-established and energetic forwarding company. They are looking for in-house professional E&M maintenance Engineer / Officer to provide technical services to in-house private sectors. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the progress of all daily contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
• Responsible for on site coordination and production of technical operation support and service reports
• In-charge on site management, including supervisor the project / technical /  facilities management duties and document preparation 
• Monitor project progress, site activities and budget, hence performing control measures when needed
• Liaise closely with internal department on all renovation and cabling installation requirements arising from existing contract and follow up fitting-out assignment
• Ensure for coordination works with internal HR and Administrative Manager,  contractors, venders and client

• Degree or Diploma or above in engineering disciplines (E&M / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering is preferred)
• At least 3 years working experience with relevant disciplines
• Proficiency in PC, including MS Word and Excel 
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and familiar with Data Centre Environment are definitely advantages
• Excellent communication and site management skills
• Well-organized, hardworking, independent and positive attitude
• Ability to resolve site issues independently and Immediate availability is highly preferable
• Having valid Hong Kong driving licenses with clear record is preferable
